From Self-build to Major Development
Our bespoke approach allows us to satisfy small orders as well as build the frames for large commercial or housing developments. We have helped many private clients to build their own homes, with our techniques and specialised steel handling equipment allowing the delivery and installation of steelwork frames on a number of difficult to access plots – making dream homes a reality.
Because we can manufacture sections of frame in our Edinburgh workshop, before delivering and installing them quickly and efficiently, we are a very practical option for those who want to minimise disruption on-site. This approach is also fast and cost-effective.

Commercial
We undertake a variety of steel frames in this sector for a variety of projects such as Schools, Hotels, Offices and Universities.
We undertake any steel frame up to approximately 400t and can provide metal decking flooring and cladding if required.
Residential
Due to our growth we have now migrated away from single residential dwellings and now undertake a variety of steel frames for large residential flatted developments. Our frames can be full structures, ground level structures to form a podium deck for car parking areas and we also construct structures to support staircases particularly on timber frame construction projects where steel is minimal.
Industrial
We undertake a variety of steel frames in this sector for a variety of projects from the Scottish Borders to the Western Isles. Perhaps our most challenging steelwork project geographically was on the Isle of Lewis which relied on ferry crossings and more importantly weather conditions facilitating deliveries of steel to site. Once the steel was on site we then met the challenges of erecting steel in often windy and stormy conditions.
