In our experience the design for each component such as a staircase or balustrade is generally designed from scratch and there is little repetition so we are consulted by the design teams at an early stage to discuss the detail of each component and how it is to integrate with other trades and interfaces.
Value engineering often plays an integral part of this design process and we can offer genuine input when engaged during this stage of the project.
Our Projects
The majority of our experience in this sector is in new build commercial projects ranging from offices to shopping centres. We have particular experience of large cantilevered feature staircase in communal areas, glass balustrading to corridor and mezzanine areas and feature canopy structures to entrance areas.

We undertook a wide variety of Structural steelwork and Architectural metalwork.

A futuristic looking commercial office set in a new business for Glasgow, we were required to install all the metalwork both internally and also externally to this project.
Our works consisted of balustrading to staircase areas and balconies as well as feature metal fencing.
